Robert's parents, his sister Shelley, and his neice Samantha came over for the weekend as did my Mom. We had a great time and I think everyone enjoyed just visiting and relaxing.
The guys and Shelley went golfing Saturday morning and it sounds like a good time was had by all. The rest of us attempted to go to the National Folk Festival in Butte, as my Dad's cousin had a booth there, but the line to get on the shuttle bus was at least a 1 hour wait so we decided it wasn't worth it.
We didn't have the camera handy often this weekend and hope that Robert's Dad will email us the photos tha the took so that we can post those as well.
On a side note, I took Friday off work to spend the day with Caitlyn. I really needed some mommy time with her. We went shopping for books and she picked out new Curious George and Clifford books. We went birthday shopping for Robert, went to lunch, and got her hair cut. It's so important to take a day every now and then and devote it to her without worrying about the laundry, cleaning the house, or doing all of the other every day tasks.
As if the cake from Three Bears wasn't big enough, we just HAD to have my Mom make her yummy carrot cake as well!
