Erin and Grandpa Jim were visiting in the living room last Saturday morning and Caitlyn and Robert were sleeping. The bedroom door was open and there wasn't a peep to be heard coming from the bedroom. Out of nowhere, Caitlyn steps out of the bedroom, closes the bedroom door behind her, and says "Hi!" I asked her "how did you get out of bed?!?" Her reply "I jumped!" Mind you, she was in her crib and we just couldn't figure out how she got out. Of course, then the story was told of how ERIN used to climb in and out of her crib when she was around Caitlyn's age.
This morning...
We figured out how Caitlyn "jumped" out of her crib last week. In addition, we now know how she is able to get IN the crib on her own. Enjoy the step-by-step process below.
While we don't want you to think that we encourage this, we did feel that Caitlyn's efforts warranted some photos. Now when she's 16 and claiming that she would NEVER try to be sneaky and climb out her bedroom window, we have proof of why we might have a hard time believing her!
On our agenda today....purchase a toddler bed for Caitlyn!
The baby doll bed is now MOVED to another area!
Hmmm...sure doesn't get her flexibility from her Daddy.
Right after this she fell on her butt and said "Fell on Butt" and took off to the living room.
